1Information We Collect
Information you enter on the website:
- Your full name and mobile phone number.
- Your answers to our short questionnaire: whether you currently have car insurance, roughly how much you pay per month, and whether you own or rent your home.
Information collected automatically:
- Your IP address, browser and device type, the page you submitted from, and the site that referred you.
- Which pages and questionnaire steps you viewed.
- A record of your visit created by TrustedForm (a service of ActiveProspect), which documents that you submitted the form and agreed to be contacted.
- Advertising identifiers from Meta (Facebook) cookies, if you arrived from a Meta ad.
Information you give our agents afterward: To prepare accurate quotes, our licensed agents may ask, by phone or text, for information such as your address, date of birth, driver’s license details, vehicle information (including VIN), driving and claims history, and a copy of your current policy’s declarations page. You choose whether to provide it.

- To prepare, compare and explain insurance quotes from the carriers we work with.
- To place and service a policy if you decide to buy one.

- Service providers that operate the website and our business on our behalf, such as website hosting and databases (Vercel, Supabase), our customer relationship management and texting system (GoHighLevel), workflow automation tools, phone number validation (Twilio), consent documentation (TrustedForm), and advertising measurement (Meta). When we send your phone number to Meta to measure ads, it is converted to an unreadable hashed code first.
- Legal and regulatory authorities when required by law, subpoena or insurance regulation, or to protect our rights and safety.
We do not sell your personal information to unrelated third parties for their own marketing purposes.
Text messaging: No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties.

When you submit a quote request, you agree that Tampa Bay Insurance LLC (doing business as Insurali) may contact you at the number you provide about insurance options, including by automated means, text message and prerecorded message.
Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to opt out, or HELP for help. You can also opt out by calling us at (727) 372-5559. We honor opt-out requests promptly and within the time required by law.

Information you submit is encrypted in transit (HTTPS) and stored with established cloud providers. Access is limited to our staff and service providers who need it to serve you.
